Dakota J. Dunn / Stellar Dakota

To provide a clearer understanding of my background, allow me to offer a brief overview of my journey. I was born on June 2, 2000, in Columbus, Ohio, to authors and craftsmen Timothy J. Dunn and Shannon L. Dunn. My early years were spent in Lockport, Upstate New York, before relocating to Vinton County, Ohio. In 2002, my family welcomed my sister, Marie Dunn.

My educational path began in Lockport Schools, followed by a transfer to Vinton County Middle School. I returned to Lockport to start high school, only to move back to Vinton County during my freshman year in 2014. In 2017, I became actively involved with the Business Professionals of America through Buckeye Hills under the guidance of Rose Harper. This involvement marked the beginning of my journey as a storyteller and entertainer, where I adopted the moniker "Stellar."

In 2018, student counselor Kellie Abele recognized my passion for media production after reviewing my previous projects. This led to an introduction to Josh Crook, a movie producer and director from Brooklyn, New York. Following our discussions, Josh invited me to experience a film set in Athens, Ohio. This experience deeply inspired me and clarified my future in entertainment and content creation. Josh informed me about the Movie Production Program he was establishing at Hocking Technical College, and I was privileged to be among the program's first students.

By 2019, after a year of intensive training and producing numerous short films and commercials, I had the opportunity to work with Billy Crystal on the film "Here Today" in New York City. This experience was profoundly educational, reinforcing my knowledge and skills in film production.

In 2020, amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I continued to work on films and commercials, engaged in charity work, and began production on my personal film "Home To Me" for Amazon. After completing college, I focused on online entertainment, a field that has always been a significant part of my career. I have also been actively involved in charity fundraising and plan to expand these efforts.

While certain aspects of my career remain confidential, I am grateful for my current position in life, supported by my incredible partner, Alexis Stacy, who has been a steadfast presence since my move to Ohio. Today, I continue to nurture my connections in the film industry while welcoming new opportunities and relationships into my professional journey.
